Why Does Our Place Nashville collect Fees?

While some private-pay housing communities for adults with developmental disabilities cost thousands of dollars per month, Our Place Nashville is proud to keep our housing and participation in our community affordable for ALL. The resident fee is a small amount each month goes to cover the cost of Wifi in the houses, regular cleaning of common areas, and participation in community events and meals. For those unable to afford the full fee, we are able to offer scholarships.

What is my fee level?

Please check with OPN staff about what level of fees you are required to pay. Most residents will pay $95/month. Fees can be paid annually (for the year ahead) as well as monthly for each month.

Are resident fees considered a tax deductible donation?
