OPN Life Skills Class: Creating Healthy Lunches

Staff and interns from Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s Dietetic Internship Program will share some easy ideas on how to make healthy, delicious lunches . . . not only tasty but a lot cheaper than visiting a fast food restaurant.

The interns will show you a specific recipe or two that will be easy to make — something you can throw together and take with you to have for lunch while you’re at work or to have at home. Ingredients are fresh and inexpensive.

Come prepared for an idea you will be able to put to good use!
