High school juniors and seniors with disabilities and their families to the Annual Transition Fair. The event is hosted by Metro Nashville Public Schools’ Department of Exceptional Education and is focused on preparing for life after high school.

At the Fair, attendees can explore options for employment, post-secondary education, independent living, and more.
