Our first class of the year back on January 11 was a big success, and participants asked for more. Instructor Tammy LaPoint-O'Brien talked about should's and should-not's in the workplace: Ask questions. No bullying/excluding. Leave your emotions at home. No personal conversations. No gossiping. Arrive early. Get to know your co-workers, within reason. Offer to help a co-worker. be a team player. Be flexible. Dress appropriately. Be open ended. Wear a site. It is ok to are mistakes within reason. Tammy LaPoint-O'Brien works as a business consultant, helping increase employment opportunities for individuals served by Vocational Rehabilitation. Class is from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm and meets virtually on Zoom. Contact Carolyn Naifeh for more information.
