We are bombarded 24/7 with information from all quarters — from our iPhones, from other media platforms, from our jobs, from our friends and families. To process and act on all of that information can be challenging. There are some tools we can use that make planning and prioritizing easier, that make it easier to take the initiative, that help us to accept changes to our routines. Tiffany Jones is a 3rd year Vanderbilt Divinity School student who is the Resident Director at our second Friendship House. She’s responsible for juggling some of the events on the schedules of 20 people, all of whom are BUSY and have different priorities. We asked Tiffany to share some of the tips that help her successfully manage her own schedule as well as helping others manage theirs.
Bring your questions and the challenges you face with these kinds of tasks, and Tiffany will give you some suggestions and Apps that might help you get the most out of the 24 hours we each have in our day.
