This is the start of session TWO of our summer music therapy partnership with Empower Music Therapy!

Our Place Nashville is proud to partner with Empower Music Therapy numerous times this year - a therapy practice that uses music as a tool to address some of the most difficult topics. We are excited to partner with Empower again, this time for a six week summer program that will be exploring the themes of personal safety and boundaries, group dynamics, coping with anger or frustration, self-confidence/self- belief, and self-advocacy, This group meets for six weeks at Friendship House 5 (South Nashville Community Room) on Wednesdays from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm starting May July 9th,.

This class will be open to current residents first, and then to those on the waiting list. When signing up, it is important to know that you are signing up to attend ALL six weeks of that session… Interested? Send an email to Ashley Matthews to let her know!
