Our Place Nashville has partnered with Empower Music Therapy numerous times this year. It is a therapy practice that uses music as a tool to address some of the most difficult of topics. We are excited to partner with Empower again, this time for a six week summer program that will be exploring the themes of personal safety and boundaries, group dynamics, coping with anger or frustration, self-confidence/self- belief, and self-advocacy, The group meets at Friendship House 6 on Wednesdays from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

This class will be open to current residents first, and then to those on the waiting list. Keep your eyes peeled for sign up information!
