Our Place Nashville is proud to partner with Empower Music Therapy numerous times this year - a therapy practice that uses music as a tool to address some of the most difficult topics. We are excited to partner with Empower again, this time for a six week program that will be exploring the themes of personal safety and boundaries, group dynamics, coping with anger or frustration, self-confidence/self- belief, and self-advocacy. This group meets for six weeks at Friendship House 6 (North Nashville Community Room) on Wednesdays from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm starting November 5th. There will be no class the week of Thanksgiving.

This class will be open to current residents first, and then to those on the waiting list.
