What disability-related changes do you want to see in our state? Help shape the work of the Tennessee Developmental Disabilities Network over the next five years. This survey is your chance to tell four statewide disability agencies what is working well for people with disabilities in our state, what is not working well, and what support gaps need to be filled. The survey will take about 15 minutes. It is available in both English and Spanish.

The TNDD Network includes Disability Rights TN, the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, the TN Council on Developmental Disabilities, and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
