Backlight Productions’ 2023-2024 season’s classes are getting ready to start up.

Classes for the Spring Musical begin October 2, with performances scheduled June 1 and 2. The Spring Musical is their most popular experience, giving performers the opportunity to play leading roles in full Broadway musicals. Cost is $140/month.

Backlight’s Advanced Theater program is specifically for students who are looking for and able to take on more challenging content. This season Advanced Theater students will be learning all about comedy! Classes begin September 7. Performance is February 3. Cost is $120/month.

The Backlight Dance Team participates in the Encore DCS Dance Competition in Chattanooga. This will be Backlight’s third year attending the competition. Classes begin September 6. Competition is on April 26-28. Cost is $120/month.

GLEE Club focuses on learning songs and/or dance routines. Students will have the opportunity to perform aboard Backlight’s float in the Franklin Kiwanis Christmas Parade. Classes begin September 6. Performance is on December 2. Cost is $120/month.
