Our Place Nashville is opening its fifth Friendship House — a community of four shared living homes. Our esident friend slots are all spoken for, but we are still welcoming applications for individuals who’d like to be one the neurotypical housemates living alongside our friends with developmental disabilities. Housemates living at one of our Friendship Houses enjoy affordable housing in a diverse and inclusive community while supporting their neighbors who are adults with developmental disabilities.

Housemates are not responsible for the daily care of any other individual, but volunteer time toward being a good neighbor in a thriving community of folks gaining independence.
