Empower Tennessee welcomes you to  join a free online therapy group for LGBTQ+ young adults with disabilities. 

The program is open to adults ages 18 through 28 who live in Tennessee, who self-identify as having a disability and as a part of the LGBTQ+ community.  The group will be facilitated from a neurodiversity affirming perspective by  a licensed mental health provider who self identifies as LGBT. They will meet  weekly for 12 weeks to play games, make art, learn about mental health, and  build community around our identities and experiences.
