In this class, participants will work on how to tell if someone they're talking with wants to change the subject, and how to politely change the subject when they want to talk about something else. Read the Pivot -- our topic this evening -- will be on how to recognize a pivot or how to pivot when you want to turn something around. Class will be led by Nancy Nolan, Lecturer in Vanderbilt University's Department of Human and Organizational Development. The class will be co-facilitated by some of her graduate students.
