On-Ramps. Traffic Jams. Off-Ramps. On-Ramps get you started on your journey to somewhere. Traffic Jams can fill the space between starting and your destination. Off-Ramps get you out of there, off the road. They lead to the conclusion of your journey. That's for driving. But conversations work the same way: they have a beginning, middle and end. Participants in this evening's class will work on skills related to starting, sustaining and ending conversations. Class will be led by Nancy Nolan, Lecturer in Vanderbilt University's Department of Human and Organizational Development. The class will be co-facilitated by some of her graduate students. Class meets on Zoom from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Contact Carolyn Naifeh for more information.
