Shane Tarleton is Warner’s Senior Vice President, Artist Development. He’s the man who helps the label’s artists cultivate a business sense as well as their music talent, their goals in the music industry, and their public profile. He’s also Warner’s heart, leading the label’s philanthropic efforts, including Musicians on Call (bringing music to hospital patients and healthcare workers), ACM’s Lifting Lives (which supports a week-long residential music camp for individuals with developmental disabilities), and Hearts2Honduras (raising funds to support poor families in El Progreso, Honduras)
